I engaged keyhome improvements Sunnyside the forerunner to this company, managed by Paul Leedham to fit a kitchen, and re-wire my house.the service I received was nothing short of diabolical.the rewiring was terrible and the plastering at the end of the fitting could have been completed better by a school boy.i have subsequently been pursuing Paul Leedham for over 3 years in the court's and through the baliffs without success because he has no money and now claiming a deteriation of his mental health preventing him from working.meanwhile I'm the one out of pocket

If you check company house you will find that Key Home Improvements in Sunniside is the original company name and was changed in October 2018 to Trade Home Improvements when they did a runner from their old offices. We bought a bathroom from them under the old name in February 2018 and there were several faults and it had a 10 year guarantee. Paul Leedham promised to repair them all and accepted that the guarantee was still valid under the new company name but his promises are not worth a penny. I agree with the other comments and he should be in jail for the way he conducts business. I rang him several times this year but he would not even return my calls. Stay clear and go to a reputable company.

Contracted this company to do a bathroom installation which was started on 11th December. As of today, 23rd December I'm waiting for faults/correct products to be supplied. Will post my full report, pictures and videos upon completion. 22.01.20 Paul rang to delay last Saturday's visit until this Saturday, should they fail to attend I taking the company to the Newcastle upon Tyne Small Claims Court, advising Trading Standards and the BBC Rouge Traders team.
