Been here a few times now over the past 9 months since getting into pc gaming and I have always seemed to deal with the young lad Sam he is really knowledgeable and points you in the right direction no pushing sales tactics I have always been happy with my items I would recommend visiting this shop if you are into pc gaming have alot of stock and pleasant helpful staff 5 star

I've been building rigs since they needed plugging into a phone to do the innernette surfing. This is a seriously decent computer store, very well kitted out with parts and a decent number of staff that actually seem to know what they're doing. It's definitely not a bad idea using an actual store because you can guarantee these guys are actually selling legitimate components; you're kind of chancing it on ebay with fake drive capacities etc. One thing that impressed me a lot wasn't even them serving me. I overheard them giving another customer some suggestions on what drive setup to use (e.g. whether they should go all ssd, nvme etc) and that you can just get a smaller faster drive for the OS and anything else you use frequently, then a cheaper bigger capacity drive for backup/long term storage etc. That's some good advice rather than trying to pressure sell them a grands worth of state of the art drive. I have a bit of a whacky passively cooled streacom setup I was packing ssds and nvmes into. Didn't have enough screws to mount them so tried asking the staff if they had a couple spare. They bought out a comically giant box with a few thousand in there, emptied some out and we found a few that'd work. That's definitely very handy. They gave me those for free as well, even though they probably don't want to do that on a regular basis... I'm sure everyone likes sorting a few thousand tiny screws for the lols.

So Falcon Computers was the place I bought my very first pc, a prebuilt for a really good price, its lasted me around 4 years now the parts are still going strong and I have never had a problem from them when I have phoned then up to ask questions as all their technicians are extremely polite. They offer a range of solutions when you buy their and have an amazing warranty that extends as long as around 3 to 4 years which is when if anything you will start to see your computer age and possibly Need fixing Overall 5 star from me. Recommend 100 percent
