        Called Richard late on a Saturday evening with a problem on the hinge of my Dell 15 3535. I was able to drop my laptop off within 15 minutes despite how late it was. To my suprise, I had a response from Richard within half an hour of dropping it off. Sadly, the laptop couldn't be fixed as the problem lies with a manufacturer issue. Richard advised to speak with Dell due to the manufacturer issue. I have spoken with Dell and the laptop is under warranty so can be fixed with Dell. A service has already been set up to collect the laptop. Overall I am very happy with the advice from Richard and how efficient his service was. Will recommend to anyone that needs a laptop repair going forward! Thank you!

        Excellent service, my chromebook had the dreaded black screen, i dropped it off at another computer repair shop who had my chromebook for over a week and then said it could not be fixed, i dropped it off with Richard who had it fixed in no time on the same day, excellent service
