Always been a huge fan of the business snd used them loads over the years. Quality of products have always been great. Have hugely let me down on an order however which if they were too busy to do that would have been fine but lying to me about sending an invoice and then not letting me know they were closing before chasing up is just awful service. Won't be back. **edited after response below** - invoice was never sent to me, I requested it and provided email address and it was not sent. I had also been given colour options and was not asked which I wanted printed on either so logically the business was not interested in the order from the beginning. I feel the correct response was an apology and offer to rectify not to double down on a magical invoice which has not been received.
