Disgusting! We normally order from here but lately its gone down hill. Fridays order came and was extremely greasy, and we could only manage to eat some of it. A meal wed paid almost 30 for. My husband and I have not been well since, and when I requested a refund, as a restaurant would provide if serving such under quality food, the kitchen refused and demanded a doctors note! Its also worth noting that during this call they actually hung up on me! I rang back only to be cut off AGAIN by a different person! Disgusting food, disgusting service! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Disgusting food and disgraceful customer service from Just eat Chips burnt prawn crackers missing and batter on sweet and sour chicken balls burn and rock hard Rang shop but the owner simply said no Complained to Just eat sending photos of burnt food and was told their partners use different recipes and techniques when preparing food so were unable to help me Personally I didnt think burnt was either a recipe or technique but there you go My advice DO NOT USE EITHER RESTAURANT OR JUST EAT - terrible service from both AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely not worth the money, one of the most expensive places I have ordered from yet one of the worst. I ordered at 6.55pm and was given a delivery time of 7.45-8.05, at 7.30 I was told my order was on the way, it got to 8pm and there was still nothing, I called the restaurant at 8.15 not being rude just simply asking for an update where I was told my order was on the way, 8.40 I call again when I am told they're a driving down and it'll be sent out soon, but it was already "on the way" as of 25 mins prior lol, anyway 9pm the food arrives, cold with not even an apology for the nearly hour delay. Also I opted to pay extra for extra rice on the curry rice and chips, clearly thing meant youre paying more to get get less chips and a grain extra rice and not to mention the prawn toast was like drinking straight oil, food was decent and Id have not complained of it wasnt for everything else however I could expect more flavour from a meal made by a toddler, free prawn crackers were a nice touch of what youre looking for is some rock solid polystyrene soaked in oil, ps my partner referred to his as dog food me on the other hand wouldn't even feed that gravy to an animal :)
