Bought a m135i from here with help from Gavin. It has needed a fair bit of work doing to it as there were some faults (still ongoing) with various aspects of cooling and suspension systems. Gavin has been amazing during this time and has helped me have all of these repairs done under a now extended warranty

I recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Whitley Bay Motors in Washington and the sales person was Gavin Walker. He was absolutely brilliant in every way, responsive, knowledgeable and after care was amazing. If your looking for a new car this is defiantly where I would suggest you go 5 stars all the way.

I am very pleased with my experience at Whitley Bay motors. Adam dealt with me on the phone and in person. He was professional in all the negotiations and an extremely pleasant young man. On the purchase day he could not have been more helpful and we are happy with the car. In the 10 days since purchase, we have been to the Outer Hebrides and back, with the car performing superbly.

Bought my BMW from the Washington Branch, spoke to Gavin an hour before I arrived and he had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived, didn't feel pushed or pressured at any point and they even held the car an extra week for me after I had an issue with a HPI check which delayed the exchange for my previous vehicle. Great bunch of lads.
