Just took delivery of my new Fiat 500 yesterday from Ryan at Richard Hardie Sunderland. I cannot fault the experience, I was given a good deal and a fair price for my part exchange; and Ryan was there to answer any questions I needed without being pushy or pressurising. My car was cleaned ready for me to collect; and the deal was straightforward and stress free. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ryan as a salesman. Thank you.

Very poor experience. Booked a appointment on a Thursday for a test drive a car advertised on the Auto Trader. When I arrived on Friday at the premises, I was informed that the car is not available as the engine has blown. It was a three year old car with 18000 on the clock. One can't make it up. 30 mile round trip. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid the this dealership.

Ryan dealt with me and he was 1st class the service I got was amazing, the staff were friendly too. Antony the manager too was very helpful. I got my Fiat Lounge in Mint Green I wanted. Drove away yesterday If you want a car you must go to Richard Hardie Sunderland. I will go back to this garage in the future as all round 100%. 550 bill for front brake pads and osf tie rod took it to another garage they did the brake pads for 90 quid and checked all the front steering/suspension components and ZERO issues found hmmmmmmmmmmm interesting
