        Paid a visit to Sunderland from Durham today and wow what a wonderful cake shop. The window invited me in, and once there I was spoilt for choice. Purchased a slice of the coconut cake with a strawberry and coconut chocolate pieces on top. Ate it in Durham at home. I have never tasted cake as light and delicious in years since Valeries closed in Leeds. Wonderful keep up the good work. Amazingly light melt in the mouth cake.
