Got in contact with NES after purchasing a new build to come out and perform a survey, very easy to book online and the team were very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone. The snagging report they produced was very professional and helpful when relaying the snags back to the builder. Thanks a lot for the service!

Paul came to our property to complete an end of warranty review. He was excellent. Talked me through all of the checks he was completing, explained any faults he found and what long term implications could arise if not remedied. The report was completed and returned within 24 hours or so. Absolutely brilliant and.professional service.

Prompt, thorough & accurate in providing a detailed assessment of the snags outstanding on our Taylor-Wimpey new-build. Thankfully, most of the 40-or-so items identified have been relatively minor and so 2 months on, TW have already rectified all but 3 of them. NES represent good value for money if you want the reassurance of a professional second opinion on the build quality of your new home.
