Homefair Blinds & Shutters

Spoke to a member of staff at the sunderland, Fawcett Street store . Very rude and unhelpful . Feel this member of staff needs extra training on the products the company she is working for are selling . As what I asked for she'd never heard of, but three other blind companies in sunderland had !!

Ive bought all of my blinds from here for years always been happy with service but my recent purchase was awful, ordered and was told 3 wks for delivery and fitting I constantly phoned after 4 wks to ask when blind was coming but was ignored now 7 wks later Ive been told fabric is out of stock I must have been informed sooner Ive been told nothing, now they have blind 8 wks later and want to fit it Ive said I dont want blind some rude woman contacted me to say she finds it hard to believe Ive never been notified !! Everytime I tried to ask a question she butted in and said huh huh yes huh huh totally rude Ive asked for refund I will never use homeflair again

The blind fitters were very punctual and courteous, they observed covid 19 protocol. I am happy to recommend Homefair Blinds to my Family and Friends.

Recently had my entire house fitted with white venetian blinds, wooden at the front and aluminium at the back with perfect fit blinds at the patio doors. They look fabulous! I love them! One of the blinds in my bedroom needs to be adjusted as it twists when you close it but they're coming out to sort that in the new year, which was no problem to arrange. I had to wait 4 weeks for fitting from ordering but that seems to be pretty standard. They were a bit more expensive than another company I received a quote from, (by around 150 - after a 5% NHS discount), but they were able to provide exactly what I wanted, which the other company couldn't, and their salesman was very friendly and helpful, hence I went with them. The fitter was lovely too, a very nice gentleman. Overall I'm very pleased and would recommend them.
