Had an afternoon appointment where they didnt turn up until 4;30pm , half an hour before shop closed to fit 5 blinds. I was told old fittings would be removed and taken away but I was left to dispose of them myself along with the empty cardboard boxes and plastic wrapping that were left behind from new blinds. The fitter left a lost of debris on window sills and screws , wall plugs lying on floor of which pets could of easily chewed and swallowed . Then fitter demanded that I paid the large remainder of bill before he left which I was told by firm that I could pay on instalments as long as they had a deposit to secure a fitting date
