Carlos gladly accepted to look at it which I was delighted to hear as, due to it being converted, other bike shops would not touch it - even though it can still be used as a normal bike.
My bike was fixed within 2 days & is running like a dream. Staff are very friendly with excellent knowledge & advice. I will definitely be returning in the future should I have any further problems as well as to have my bike serviced.
