        Encouraged elderly mum to order the lovely wardrobes which cost over 1000, she also was sold 2 bed side drawers & paid in full, I immediately advised her to cancel the drawers 3 weeks later still no refund!! Like to take your money but have a fight on for a refund shame as I would have also bought wardrobes

        Trish was absolutely fantastic helping us through a bit of a tough time. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to change order etc. Trish showed brilliant customer service skills and real warmth and compassion and really helped couldn't be more thankful. Flexibility of the company and quality also fabulous re payment etc. Highly recommended.
