My first order got lost it royal mail transit, soon as the company as seen my mail (which got lost in 100s) they've been super helpful and apologetic. I'm really happy with service since they have been in touch and got my new order out for delivery same day for me

After seeing the website for this place I was quite excited to visit the store, but after driving for 1 hour I was really disappointed to arrive at a street house I then tried to contact the company and Rang 6 different numbers listed, to finally get a answer, to then be told it was only a online store. There is nothing anywhere on their website to state this nor on their Facebook page. It even states on Google that all staff wear face masks, which would suggest that this was a place of business which is open to the public. This gets a 5* thumbs down from me!

Absolutely loved my nails, so gentle and really puts so much care into your nails. Really easy to talk to and amazing customer service.
