staff were horrible to me especially as it was the first time I attended but I let it go as maybe they were having a bad day so I went back but no change. I felt terribly judged and the communication on their part was horrible, they cancelled on me the night before etc. I don't like writing negative reviews but I wouldn't want people wasting their money.

**recommended** I wanted to out the best bit on here first .... Joanne did my hair cut and style and I was extremely happy with everything she did. Not only that but I am transitioning from very dark hair to naturally going grey and she gave excellent advice on this and conditioning my hair. She gave me really good tips on how to style my hair. I can highly recommend joanne for her hairdressing and customer service. Lovely, pleasant and considerate - asking if I was happy each step of the process. And the best bit is the curls lasted 4 days! thank you Joanne. Second bit ... I had some initial concerns, due to having purchased a 'deal', I assumed the young girl (who was (understandably) preoccupied and devoted to looking after her beautiful baby), would be the one 'in training'doing my hair; which I wouldn't mind by the way as everyone has to learn! It's very nice of the owners to have this flexibility with their employees but because she had limited communication with me - I didn't know why I'd been sat waiting in between arrival and then having my hair washed - as she didnt tell me someone else was going to do my hair - so I was assuming she had to keep seeing to her baby in between each stage. So perhaps in future she can explain which bits she does and if someone else coming to do your hair?
