Beth Fox blocked us after bad treatment I have just had my hair professionally removed and I will be coming to the salon when it is full to demand a refund and invoice for the traumatising removal I have just had. The hairdresser who just removed them is writing a statement of all the failures you have done that caused me to spend the last 3 hours in excruciating pain and her having to deal with it. You have used nasty Indian glue that does not dissolve on top of the other issues already mentioned including lack of colour match, blend etc etc j could go on. But it will all be in a report to the hair federations if you do not give me a refund plus the 40 I just paid for removal which was an insanely traumatic and damaging experience both physically and mentally. I cannot believe you think it is ok to operate like this, she has told me my ones the glue was normal yours is nasty Indian stuff that 5 rounds of acetone couldnt get off and required damaging heat. I have no words to describe the pain and trauma you have caused me and she has informed me that I should not settle and how I can take it further to make sure your salon is fully investigated to put you on a register. I have a full report from her coming via email of what we have done today and also kept including the hair which will be used as proof in the inspection to show how nasty your tips were which I will pursue if you fail to refund me the full amount today. You have severely upset me and caused me intense pain and I hope you know this. Any decent person would care and not want someone to feel this way over a partial refund. But now I am asking for the entire amount (130) plus the 40 for removal I just paid as advised by her and I will not stop until I receive it. Eden Sanchez Service: Hair extensions
