Have visited this salon a few time's and never had a problem. I booked wedding treatment for me, bride and mother of the groom. They changed things round to book us all in but a day before, the bride and mother of the groom were advised not to go. I was furious about this but I couldn't make them come. I agreed to pay full costs for the cancelled appointments. It was one of the staff's birthday and while I was getting my nails done I was offered a piece of cake and when she brought it to me it was the bottom section of the manicurist that was doing my nails and a custard cream. If they didn't want me to have some they could have said and even made an excuse for me not getting it. I think that this was pathetic especially since I was paying in full for all of the treatments that were missed, so they really got paid for doing nothing. I won't be going back again which is a shame because I got some lovely facials, eyelashes and eyebrows dyed and lashes added and also had nails done. Very petty of them. Service: Manicure

Another fantastic morning at the salon, thanks to Gill who has worked her magic on my pedicure not to mention how thrilled l am with my manicure too. Excellent service as always all staff are so lovely and professional. Anyone thinking of visiting STOP thinking and GO.. you will be amazed too. Huge thanks again girls always a pleasure Appreciated.
