Hey all you hard working ladies. Why not visit refine and treat yourself to a pamper. Karen and alesia are lovely and really make you feel at ease.they offer fantastic treatments at fair prices compared to some I researched.you can have Harley street treatments at realistic prices. Give it a try you deserve it.

Just had the most amazing day at refine and Spa in Whitburn My daughter paid for a pamper day for my birthday,I was greeted by Karen and Aliesha I was put at ease from the start,feeling relaxed and looking forward to my treatments, My facial was the most amazing facial I've ever had, what I can remember of it I fell asleep!!! Eyebrows shaped,and tinted nails fantastic I really did come out a new women,I cant thank my daughter enough,I enjoyed it that must,I booked myself in for other treatments they do If you've not already found this salon it's a must get down and book in

Terrible! My daughter is at first year Uni and purchased a Groupon voucher for her brothers 30th birthday present. She did not realise there was an expiry date to use this. We rang up to book on the day after it had expired and hoped for an extension. Karen told me in a very abrupt manner it was too late and she was not prepared to honour the voucher. Ouch... customer service skills need addressing. Do not give this Salon any of your hard earned cash!
