Good place for food before a theater visit. Very busy but service still good. Food excellent value for money.

I went to victors yesterday Saturday the 25/03/2023 with my missis for a few drinks and some food. I order the fat victors and my missis order the meat fest pizza. I waited for 50 mins before going to the bar and asking wear my food was and was told that my food order had been cancelled. What was a surprise to me but was told it would be out in 10mins so Id said ok. When the food come what a disappointment my burger was cold and without onion rings and missis pizza only had pepperoni on it. I believe the food was made for someone else and was seating on the side and then put under the hot lights for a few minutes no way it was made fresh. Ive been a few times to victors not sure what went wrong a lot of people ended up leaving before getting their food. Just a big disappointment what a shame.
