        Had a quote, and wanted the survey, but due to lockdown and poor health, we could not have it until we were vaccinated. Been contacting them for months now to arrange a date for the survey to be undertaken and there is never a reply to my emails. If they do not want to complete the survey, the least I would expect is an email to say they no longer want to complete it.
