You company is a disgrace, we waited all afternoon until 8pm to be told that we would not get the ambulance we had requested. No reason given its just not going to arrive we where told. This is for a patient who is dying of cancer and just wanted to be in his nursing home to see out his life. Guess what he is still stuck in hospital thanks to the shocking service of your company. Hang your heads in shame!!! What we have been through today I would not wish on my worst enemy. With a little bit of luck your company will go bust.

88 year old mother told she was leaving Nottingham City hospital at 10.30am today. Informed at 21.00 hours tonight transport was cancelled to her transfer to Kingsmill Mansfield. Absolutely disgusting. Can't NHS using private companies.

Poor service! They never show up to pick up my amputee fiancee to her appointments. Again she missed her appointment today because they never turn up, resulting in waiting another week or so to get her prosthetic limb sorted! If we had the choice of using a different transport service we would!!

Being a disabled pensioner who lives alone in the country, doesn't have friendly neighbours or friends with cars or relatives living in the area I am totally reliant on hospital transport to get me home when taken to hospital on a 999 call. To find that I am then to be treated in such a disgusting fashion but your inept, uncaring and totally disorganised transport system is nearly enough to put me back in hospital, it would certainly put me off going back to hospital on a 999 call even if my life depended on it. I was discharged on Friday AM but couldn't leave until my discharge notes and prescriptions were ready. My prescription took longer than anticipated as the doctor made an error making it out so wasn't ready until 17:30. I was asked to wait in the Day Room as they needed the bed. I mentioned to a number of staff members about arranging transport for me but they couldn't until all the formalities were complete. I waited in the Day Room until 12:15am as I was told to expect a wait of 5-6 hours. The night duty nurse phoned transport to get an update at that time, it took her 15 minutes to get through only to find that the transport controller had cancelled my transport and rescheduled it for late Saturday morning. He didn't even have the common courtesy to inform anyone. Luckily there were empty beds on the ward so I had to be readmitted. At 11:15 Saturday morning one of the nurses rang for an update on my transport only to be told that yet again it had been cancelled without any notification. I was eventually picked up Saturday afternoon only to be told that the ambulance crew had already been past my home that morning to pick another patient up.
