This is a totally overdue review! A few years back I started training in the gym trying to get fit again. Not long into my training I suffered serious back pain. I got in touch with Richu who assessed me and managed to help me with an exercise programme and stretches to help strengthen my core and protect my back. I havent been had back pain since and I still incorporate stretches when I can. When I say I struggled it was 2 years of serious back pain. Its been 5 years since I met Richu and shes absolutely changed my life.
