I've had ADT for 2 years and have had the worst customer service the entire time. Every time I try to book an engineer it takes over 6 tries of me calling to schedule someone. No one comes on the day and I have to make the effort of calling to rebook. I would not recommend anyone get ADT.

I have used ADT for nearly 30 years and their service is now rubbish . My system has been down over 2 weeks ( not sure what security that offers) and Im still waiting for a call back to tell me when an engineer will come. Tried chasing them up this morning and was simple told that they would send another request for a call back. If your thinking of getting a security system take my advice dont use ADT they offer NO support and do not deserve our money.

I am writing to express my frustration with my experience with ADT over the past three years. As a 46-year-old individual who has dealt with various companies throughout my life, I have never encountered a company that treats its customers with such contempt. My main concern is that ADT seems to have a persistent problem with addressing faults and issues with their services. Instead of taking ownership of these problems and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner, ADT consistently makes it difficult for customers to seek solutions by requiring them to chase and run after the company. Avoid this company whatever you do as once you buy there alarm you are stuck with it unless you want to fork out a small fortune for another system with another company.

Avoid ADT. They charge crazy high prices and have just invoiced us nearly 600 + VAT for work we didn't agree to or receive a quote for. They have done a simailr thing before. This is despite their high charges and our very expensive maintenance. We have phoned them 3 times. Twice we were cut off, third time we were told they would call us back but they haven't. I left a review on their facebook - they have blocked me. Customer of... 30 years. I fail to see how they think this is in any way aceptable. I think a manager should call us asap. Gleave and Co. London EC1V 4JA.
