    There's a lot of negative reviews on here but personally I've not had a bad experience. For those of you reading, I hope this brings you some clarity that they're not always doing a bad job. There's always parking on site and it's easy to get to. Whenever I do have an appointment, it's self service check-in at the machine on your left as you enter and the waiting room is on your right. It's never crowded...from experience anyways and the wait time is average. I can easily use their online system to book an appointment, though the wait is long which is at least 2 weeks. You can get lucky and be seen within 8-10 days depending on what you need help with (seeing a nurse is quicker). The only downside I would say is that you don't have a dedicated doctor that you see. It changes every time you book an appointment. The women at reception are always very nice and friendly.

    Genuinely considering changing clinics. Horrible place. Receptionists are rude and dismissive; I had to essentially argue to get my basic summary of medications and allergies - something a patient is legally entitled to request at any time. Instead, they claimed they'd send it to my private provider directly (which, shocker, they didn't!). When I was finally able to pick it up, they once again attempted to tell me I couldn't have it, despite already printing it for me. When will the NHS app work properly so we can request these things digitally without having to deal with these people? Waited around 25 minutes to get through to reception today to attempt to book a phone appointment. Of course, why would reception want to book appointments? Use the website instead and wait days for a response. Don't have an Internet connection? Well, that's your problem. I couldn't even speak without being talked over, cut off, and generally spoken to like I can't comprehend basic English. Such an attitude towards the people they're supposed to be helping. As another review here put it, who's paying the wages? I know the NHS is a circus at this point, but do you have to take it out on patients? You'd get better service at a McDonald's. If you're a patient looking for a new clinic, have some self respect and don't register here. Update: after actually managing to get the appointment - surprise surprise! Letters from my private clinic, which were the sole thing my appointment was supposed to discuss, were not even forwarded to my GP. Letters that were sent to them twice, both by my clinic and myself, which they were told to were needed for the appointment. My GP hadn't even heard of them. I'm in awe at how this place is still in operation.

    Very rude secretary not even listening to you when you say I dont have appointment and need emergency! Pain created last night and they insist you should have booked 48 hours ago! Not helpful at all and very aggressive!

    Just had the worst phone call with a receptionist called Lydia, after waiting 28minutes for the phone to be answered! The most uninterested replies with no help whatsoever. Im getting really upset with this place, its horrible. I have nothing but a frustrating experience with every dealing. Please please can any tell me if theres a better practise to join that isnt a dystopian hells cape like Sunbury medical centre?

    One star is a compliment for this surgery. Google needs to update the system and give them no star at all. Absolutely disgrace service provide telephone team. Does not Provide any customer care. And telling you to go to website. Not everyone got an access to internet and they refused to understand that
