When we wanted to sell my mother-in-laws bungalow we consulted three estate agents. Shelley was the one we felt most comfortable with and we liked her approach to selling the property. We mainly dealt with Shelley and to a lesser extent Cheryl. Both were very helpful and easy to get hold of. They kept us informed throughout the process, which took about eight months as the first chain broke. Shelley pushed hard and managed to get the second chain through in a time of turmoil in the market. We would certainly recommend Philip Hodges.

I recently purchased a flat and the whole team were great from the initial viewing through to purchase. They kept me constantly updated and nudge the solicitors when required. The level of service went on after the sale when I required some extra information from the vendor which they obtained within 24hrs.
