The Practice Beauty Clinic

I recently had a course of Lipofirm at the clinic. The Clinic is clean and the Therapist, Sitara is lovely, she does a really good job with my treatment. Location has nearby free parking (up to 2 hours) which is convenient and I have not had a problem parking. Having said this, I have always found it hard to contact anyone there and find that voicemails are constantly ignored. I recently raised this as a problem and their response was really poor. Calls usually ring through to the therapy room which can be distracting. Unfortunately I have cut my course of treatments short and I am not going back and its more to do with the management of the clinic and lack of responsiveness which is a shame.

I booked and went for a 30 minute skin consultation, charged at 25. I wanted advice on what treatments were offered that could help my skin look and feel better. It was billed on the website as a personalised skin assessment. I arrived and was in an out in 10 minutes. The consultant didnt look at my skin, she sat across a desk and reeled off a list of treatments they provide that I didnt understand. I asked her why she hadnt looked at my skin, so she then came closer. Didnt remove my makeup or get down to my level even to look. She then insisted I paid the 25. I wouldnt return and will not be taking any treatments with this organisation. I dont expect to pay 25 for a list of treatments that are better explained on the website. I expected advice and recommendations. I hope they put my 25 to good use as they wont be in business long treating clients this way.

I started Laser Hair Removal at The Practice Beauty Clinic in Sunbury and I would strongly NOT recommend this place. The therapist burnt BOTH my full arms and elbow and blamed me by saying I went in the sun or wore perfume, when I fully avoided both! I am now left with HUGE dark brown pigmented spots on both full arms. The owner withdrew me from the clinic straight after and didnt even consider to compensate me or refund the entire treatment. The aftercare was awful! Very disappointed!

Had a laser hair removal appointment and was left standing outside the clinic, no response. Called them several times and still no response. Very disappointing not to be given notice that my appointment is cancelled. Very unprofessional
