        Sophie is excellent at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough! Excellent massage, nice atmosphere, easy booking system, what more can you ask for!

        Sophie is a lovely person and has helped me so much. As an older woman I need a bit of help to keep my tissues moving so I can continue to do my sports (karate and strengths training) without damaging myself. Sophie is professional and kind but not afraid to apply plenty of pressure. I always come away glowing!

        I had my first ever sports massage yesterday with Sophie. She is friendly and very knowledgeable. After a consultation the massage was fantastic. I trained today and out lifted previous pb's. Genuinely believe it is due to Sophie's massage. I felt strong and balanced. Can not recommend more highly!
