Charges 21 for a medium margherita delivery due to minimum spend and delivery charge. Collection is 10 which basically means the delivery charge is 11. Won't use them again.

The worst experience ever! The manager Maya is extremely rude and the food is not as advertised (asked for pizza with chicken - no chicken whatsoever) the manager said that we dont have money to pay anyways for this food, where is the customer service?! This manager doesnt deserve working there, needs to be sacked. FIX YOUR STAFF AND FOOD!

If I could I would leave 0 stars. After a long day at work, me and wife, we have decided to purchase to pizzas from Papa Johns. One pizza - stuffed crust with chicken and mozzarella and the other one -stuffed crust with chicken, mozzarella, onions and sweet corn. Weve got our pizzas and rushed home to change and eat our meal, when we have opened the boxes there was no chicken whatsoever. As a result, weve decided to come back and ask for a refund, the manager Maya that was there on the 13th of March at 7pm, was extremely rude to us. She said:when you saw the price, you were not satisfied, so you dont have money and thats why you are coming back to get a refund. Are you okay? We spent more petrol coming to your shop than for this purchase. We were genuinely not satisfied with the product that we were given. So, she refused to give our refund and left the front of the house, also, she was making face expressions that we are here for no reason and smirking, showing us that we will not receive our refund. Where is the customer service? Where is respect and understanding? Who trained this lady? Furthermore, she was speaking a foreign language in our faces and saying something about us. Thats not acceptable! The service and product in this shop is horrible! Anyone who wants to purchase from here DO NOT DO IT! It doesnt worth your money! We were given false product and as a consumer we should be protected from managers like her. FIRE THIS HORRIBLE STAFF!
