        I went to pick up prescription this thursday from here and there was a new pharmacist serving. She was a white woman with long curly brown hair and blue eyes. I have never been served by her before. She was very rude and unprofessional. While giving my postcode to her she interjected and started shouting at me saying "can you just listen!" In an angry tone. It was so shocking and uncalled for I stopped and told her "you asked for my address" she didn't pologise she responded to say "I know its okay" so I just left and walked out. I was so upset I didn't bother to bring it up but I'm not happy about the way she treated me and it's put me off coming there now.

        The pharmacists are always extremely helpful on the phone or at the counter. The prescriptions are on time and they are always helpful to liaise with the GP on your behalf with no complaints. The ratings deserve a 10/10
