        Avoid....(unless you are on the bottom floor.) And you are of saine mind. Up staires dull, dirty, Activities void, care disgraceful. Love to keep things out of your loved ones record book. Definitely not caring staff enough staff. Definitely not caring when end of life. My poor family member didn't receive the dignity, care, love. They follow there rules. Your family member doesn't matter. And if you have had a good experience your so bloody lucky.
