Like most boots this one is rubbish. Wait days for perspirations to be processed. Even though the doctor sends them the same day there ordered. Half the time certain medication is out of stock. Even though there very common one's. The staff can be very hit and miss. Some are polite but some have an attitude problem. Started going to this one because it's near to me. I will be looking elsewhere. Aslo they hardly ever answer the phone

Never have much stock. Small branch so offer limited products. Staff v. Helpful and polite

Was able to get what I required not too busy. Very helpful pharmacist due to emergency prescription. So nice.

This boots has taken a serious nosedive into terrible service. Something has changed within their system of available medicines and has caused major issues in getting extremely important prescription medicines. I have had 3 incidents of either orders not processing or important medicines I have been receiving from them for 3 years now not being available. On each occasion I have asked to speak with the manager. Hoping this will be the third time lucky as I finally spoke with a helpful member of staff today who explained why things arent available due to their system (not the manufacturer of the medicines as one staff member told me) and has left my contact details to the manager again to contact me on their return. So lets see if that happens. I would give the member of staff I spoke with today a 5 star review as they are the only staff member who has been any help this year so far but unfortunately they are a rare diamond in what seems to be a stressful environment
