Total Wood Flooring

Was a little hesitant when purchasing from here as reviews were mixed. Genuinely no need as they were first class from start to finish. Think its a fairly new business and theyve had few teething problems that are sorted now. Les was on the ball and communicated with me throughout. Rapid delivery and great value. Def would recommend and will use again.

Difficult to find any info on whether this is a legitimate company and unsure if positive reviews are real. I ordered samples and they took a long time to arrive - not a problem in itself, and samples were nice, but when researching the company I found very little info about them. Reviews on Google all seem slightly suspect as it's lots of different names who have all oddly reviewed only 3 places, and all the same 3 places. Enough to make me worry this isn't a legitimate business. I could be wrong but thought I'd share my concerns. Will be sticking with other companies with more transparency.

Sadly I have received a damaged flooring pack (as part of a larger consignment) I had read on the returns policy that goods had to be signed as 'damaged' on the Proof of Delivery (not provided by courier) the courier unloaded the heavily wrapped pallet, asked my name and sauntered off... Hindsight is a wonderful thing obviously, but I was shocked to be told by Total Wood Flooring that I should have checked and reported at point of delivery (not possible) No half decent customer service team would bluntly refer you to 'policy' - you never get this treatment from other well known suppliers - i offered to send the pack back for a refund - no joy there... the flooring is great quality (on the whole!) the service swift - but maybe avoid this company as they won't help when there is a serious issue...
