The quality of woodland's work was excellent, after a leak in my ceiling they repaired they hole and repainted my hallway. Painting job was thorough and they left the house neat and tidy. There were a couple of communication hiccups - they didn't show up on the first scheduled date - the date wasn't inserted into their diary - and there was a mis-communication regarding the returning of my keys. However, everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly and as I said, the work was excellent, when it was completed.

I had a plumbing leak in the en-suite bathroom that affected the tiled bathroom floor/carpet/skirting in bedroom. (Dryers were required for a week before the making good could be done.) The work was contracted out to Woodland Commercial by my Home Insurance Company. I had an excellent Assessor, who came out and talked me through the work that was needed. When the job was ready to be done, an excellent Woodland Commercial Ltd employee who not only did a very professional and first rate job, but went the 'extra mile', also ensuring everything was left, at the end of the work, in pristine condition. He was also extremely polite too. The experience for me was very positive.

Apparently they think that the attached repairs are acceptable as they are not responding to emails from the loss adjuster and we have no idea when the works will be finished (they should have been completed in July 2022). In my opinion they are an absolute disgrace! Their website says: 'Woodland Commercial recognises that regular communication is key to the successful delivery of reinstatement works and makes sure they are completed as efficiently as possible to the policy holders complete satisfaction.' Well definitely the repairs are not to our satisfaction! Furthermore Woodlands have not responded to emails from Sedgwick, the Loss adjuster. I repeat what a complete shambles! It has been over a month and still no response. They have left rubbish on site and windows really dirty as well . Unbelievable!
