I can definitely say that I Wouldnt ever use this shop again! I went to this shop as I heard very good reviews, I bought a bike from them and it was delivered damaged! I sent the bike back and they arranged to have a new bike built for me, after going back and forth i decided to just go to the shop and collect the second bike myself as I wanted to make sure it was how it should be. When I arrived certain staff seemed unhelpful and judgemental towards me if Im honest, the bike was brought out and I asked them to set my sag up for me when he pushed the forks down the bars where loose and slipped forward in the stem! Right in front of me as u can imagine that didnt look good as I was told the bike was ready and built but I guess they just forgot to check! The bike fell in the shop which is not their fault but it all adds up and made my experience very poor to say it lightly. All I can say is Im very disappointed. One thing I will add as he deserves the credit is the guy who delt with me afterwards his name was al he was very polite and tried his very best to help sort the situation out while a very other member stood there with a smug look on his face who I wont mention. So thankyou Al your a top bloke atleast u did some good out of this
