        Hired a van this weekend which needed a service, it lost power sporadically which proved dangerous on the A12 and M25. We rang EA before they closed but did not get a response. Would not use them again, cheap does not equal safe!

        Despite a couple of issues outside the control of EA, Denise from the Sudbury branch was great. Very direct and honest which is a rare trait in vehicle rentals!
