Stay away from these liars ,two faced People !!!! Bought a Nissan Qashqai from them,so called warranty car broke down many times in 2 months time ,I took the car back but they Never fixed ,they lied to me,This car allready cost me 1750 pounds reapair cost )keep doing your Doggy Business stay away from them,,,f you are foreign like me do not even Drive around their Doggy place ,,well done liars

Brought an automatic focus and within a week of having the car it developed a very loud whining noise, phoned VT Nash and they straight away said bring it back in for them to take a look at, I dropped it to them Tuesday, by Friday still hadnt heard anything about the problem or when it was going to be fixed which was a nightmare as I was without a car and also lived quite a distance from the garage. Chased the garage on the Friday and they then came back and said that the car would be ready to collect on the Saturday. They said that the noise was a problem with the power steering pump & they had replaced it. Went and collected the car and the car still had a shuddering problem when sitting at traffic lights etc as well as shuddering when trying to reverse park/ going between gears. Then within a couple of days the loud whining noise was back, phoned the garage and they said bring the car back again, at this point I said that I just need a refund on the car. I was not able to keep getting to Sudbury & back every weekend to drop the car off or collect it to then be without a car whilst it was with them. They agreed to a refund, I took the car back and he started the engine and heard the noise and straight away he said thats just the power steering pump i said I thought you had just replaced that & his response was new parts can go wrong but this point I felt like I was being taken for a fool and just wanted my money back, thankfully he did refund us. I then asked how I go about cancelling the tax as I hadnt yet received the logbook (3 weeks after purchasing) to then be told he hadnt actually sent the logbook off, so the car I had spent 6600 on I didnt even legally own. Pleased I got the car refunded but the amount it cost in change of car insurance/tax/fuel back and forward to Sudbury and our time was just too much for a car that was a complete waste of time.
