I fuelled up at the station and went inside to pay, I picked up a drink and went to the counter.
There were 3 members of staff involved in what must have been a very (to them) in depth conversation about a member of staff who has changed departments (wise move on their behalf to escape the apparent inertia exhibited by those 3).
When I approached the counter, I was comply ignored by all 3, and stated twice
Number 8.
It was only on my 3rd prompting that "Dory", without even turning round pressed the button on her till, completely missing the drink on the counter and only ran it through nthe scanner whe it was pointed out to her
If this level of service is what we can expect, it falls far below a decent customer experience in my opinion.
MAIN STORE.
At The till, there was an issue with payment from another customer, the lady on the till, pretty much whispered for assistance from two other staff members that were standing idly chatting. It was only when I walked over and demanded their attention that some action was undertaken by the staff.
Otherwise, we would still have been waiting for god knows how long.
COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY BONE BLOODY IDLE.
I am very disappointing with the staff and will not be returning. Life is far, far too short tomput up with dawdling service and bone idle staff
