I have been a regular for a while now, and only chose to rate them today as I was prompted to by my Google maps app.
I have them a 2 star rating overall due to having ordered the exact same thing on every visit but being regularly upcharged
I order a subway melt but get charged for a turkey breast and ham + bacon which is more expensive, I assumed this was as the item was no longer available and they were trying to accommodate me. As my receipt shows from today as I was served by someone new I was charged for a subway melt which was cheaper than all my previous visits,
I have personally watched the owner mix fresh and spoilt food in the same container instead of swapping them out as they are meant to.
Hence the 2 star rating for you Andy, Sorry, but not a false review. Just a disappointed customer.
