        Menu options somewhat limited especially for my tastes which are traditional English. Service can suffer at busy times. At a more recent visit it was not possible to get a roast meal or beef pie due to oven failure! I opted for fish and chips. Wow! The portion of fish was so small that to take fish of that size from 'sustainable sources' is truly irresponsible! Another case of 'shrink-flation' indeed! After two years of Covid the Management have decided to re-open as a tea room cum coffee shop. An enormous disappointment to many who have previously enjoyed a meal there.
