        Went to North Street Pharmacy today for my Covid-19 booster vaccination - ended up having my flu vaccination as well! Very efficient process and staff very helpful and friendly.

        Went in to pick up prescription - not there. Not their fault, the doctors surgery havent done what they needed to do ... in a week. Again! The pharmacist and pharmacy assistants have re ordered as urgent and lent me enough medication for the week. The pharmacist on duty is amazing. I finally got blood pressure checked thoroughly and advice I understand. Im changing flipping doctors. If its good solid advice youre needing go and ask this lady. Thank you

        Parade Pharmacy nearby has closed and its services have been transferred to North Street Pharmacy. There had been no notification of this whatsoever, and I only found out when I went to collect my prescription medicine from Parade Pharmacy. I hope it is just a result of the move, but there was a lot of confusion when I and others tried to collect medicines at North Street Pharmacy. I use the electronic prescription service, and when I re-order next month's medicine, I hope to see a vast improvement in the service.

        Took my 16 Yr old for her covid vaccine to this mornings walk in clinic. Very efficient and friendly staff. Slight queue but all ticking along nicely. Thank you to all the team.
