        My first visit to an optician, ever. I felt a bit like going to the dentist but as soon as I got in I was able to relax a bit as the lady trainee was very polite and professional. She completed all the pre-checks making sure I was comfortable throughout. The optician was very polite and explained everything to me so that I felt reassured and listened to. I am now looking forward to go back to collect my new specs. Thank you
