Visited today for a TGA duo battery pack for my wheelchair. Unfortunately they didnt have a complete pack but were able to sort out a full pack with some items from a cancellation set. Their fitter was able to fit the battery pack to my chair which has made so much difference to me already. My husband can push me anywhere with the battery pack fitted, it ish very efficient and does the job really well. We would like to thank Haley for all of her help and to the gentleman who fitted the pack. Would not hesitate to use TGA in the future for anything else I might need. The only negative I would mention is please make sure your answer phone message is changed for a bank holiday and advise customers that you are closed. Many thanks.

To begin with Samantha Florentis at TGA HQ was exceedingly helpful regarding all the questions I asked and help me sort out purchasing. My TGA Scooter arrived promptly. The TGA representative was called Anna Angel; she was not only likeable and professional but very hands-on and made alterations to make my scooter suitable for my needs i.e.she was able to transfer the seat belt from my original TGA Scooter to my new one and replaced the rear box with the original basket which suits my needs. Angel by name, Angel by nature! TGA, I would suggest you look towards an electronic adjustment for the seat, provide seat belts as standard and bring back a larger front basket.

Rude and uncooperative. I said that controller had been put on wrongly and was basically accused of lying!! Thank goodness I took pictures before it went in. They seriously need to look at how they speak to customers.

I have to agree with the poor reviews posted here. My experience with this companys after sales customer service is the worst. I reported an issue on 13.12.22 to Peter regarding a wheelchair powerpack purchased from them earlier in the year. Im not sure how they communicate internally but its ineffective as nothing gets followed up. On 4.01.23 I received a voicemail from Paula saying there was a message about an issue and she wanted to know if it had been resolved or not (how it could be resolved if no one had contacted me before, I do not know). I called back moments after the missed call and was told Paula was on another call but all my details were taken for her to phone me back. She didnt. After sending an email of complaint about this (to which I did receive a reply from Chelsea else saying they would investigate and get back to me), a few days later on 12.01.23 I received a call from Paula who in the end said an engineer would be sent. With no indication of how long it takes for an engineer to come Ive been left wondering if that is actually going to happen as almost a week later, Ive had no confirmation of anything. Im also still awaiting an apology from management regarding this nonsense as Paula didnt see fit to offer one on the phone. She was just dealing with the query and her manager is supposedly looking into it This company is a joke - communication is great when they want your money, after theyve got that, you need to hope you dont have any issues with your purchase. Ive also noticed from comments here that they dont accept responsibility when things go wrong. Everyone makes mistakes and sometimes all takes is an apology and an effort to correct things to appease a situation, but ignoring customers and staying silent just makes things worse. For these reason I wouldnt purchase anything from them again, nor would I advise anyone else to do so.
