I went to see Lisa for a deep tissue massage in the hope that she would be able to help my long term shoulder issue. This she has done! After three massages I can move my arm considerably better than before & have decided that this has to be a regular treat to myself. Lisa is very professional but also friendly, welcoming & made me feel totally at ease. I am so glad to have found her!

Lisa has been giving me Thai massages for more than a year to keep my migraines at bay and to keep my muscles supple and not stressed. Today I had a change and had a fabulous body massage that was truly amazing. I feel completely relaxed and stress free. I cant recommend her enough. Her skills and personality will always make the experience worthwhile

Traditional Thai massage with Lisa at East Meets West Therapies is by far and away the best massage experience I have ever had. The combination of Lisa's intuitive massage and stretching techniques, and her warm put you at ease personality, are magical. What a find. Lucky Sudbury.

Had problems with neck shoulder and calf muscle. Lisa explained what she would do and the treatment to sort out these problems. All what she said has happening the pain and aches have gone and now just a go to keep on top of it. Thank you Lisa
