    Dint show up when agreed I sent through a request for quote to fix a lock at my house on Thursday with pictures as recommended on the website. He got back to me later that day with an assessment and a quote for repair of the suspected issue stating availability for Sunday. I requested an appointment for 9am as we had to be out in town by 11am. I gave my address and email address for contact and asked what payment methods he accepted leading me to get out cash as he didn't carry a card machine. On Sunday before he got here I gave some extra hints on how to find as as well as saying contact me if you could find but I got no response untill after 10am following a message I sent saying that he was too late and asking if he could rearrange for 4pm. I got the following reply: "Very sorry I have just got up. Travelled back from a funeral Friday only got home 4am. Will be there at 4pm for you. Once again sorry." I thanked him for getting back to us and waited until 4pm for him to arrive. I again asked him to contact me if he couldn't find me and waited. It's now 5:36 and he still hasn't turned up or communicated with me why or to make other arrangements. I suspect he has now blocked my number as when I call his "24hr Mobile" it goes straight to voicemail. This is one of the worst bits of customer service I have experienced and do not wish anyone else to have to go though the same. I would have rather been told he could not attend than be lead down a path that has wasted my day. In summary didn't show up on original or rearranged appointment and blocked my number.
