Awful, slow to act, purposely obstructive and niggling. Appalling communication, if any. Frustrating and unhelpful enough to dramatically reduce the odds of bringing a transaction to a successful conclusion.

In arranging the writing of a family will, I cannot stress how dreadful the service has been by G Blair. Complete lack of follow up in totality and will shortly be complaining to the Legal Ombudsman when the timescales for referral have been met. Email responses still outstanding after 2 months and to date, still no response, left in limbo despite polite requests for update and further to having had to raise this as a complaint, not even an acknowledgement of said complaint after approx. 2 weeks. My family have used this company for 2 generations and cannot collectively believe how far they have fallen. Simply terrible.

We had our joint will written by the team here and they are going to certify copies of an LPA. I trust them.

Lorraine has been fantastic from start to finish! We received regular updates including from her team while she was on holiday We were kept up to date with everything going on and told what stages would follow.
