Dont bother buying from here unless you want to receive flowers that are completely different to the picture. They also will not refund you or send you a free replacement for their mistake. Hugely disappointed by the service here and will not recommend to anyone.

Ignore Tracy, Chloe & Tanya giving bad reviews. The Juniper guys are amazing, work extremely hard, and are remarkably thoughtful people. Never heard a bad word about them from anybody that has used them and I will always shop with them by default for my floral needs. Plus, they know their stuff! For anyone complaining about 'dead' looking flowers... You know you're meant to put them in water, right? Then they do that thing that plants do. GCSE Biology yo.

I had chosen the seasonal sweetheart spring jar (March 5th) for my daughters birthday and what was received was completely different flowers and of different colours. I emailed them and was told thats what they had on the day and would happily swap the flowers. Which I agreed to and even then was given flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered. And I did find it rather petty to be giving back the original flowers when it was quite obvious they had made a mistake. I guess 3 day old bouquet they were going to reuse. Wouldnt trust the photos you see on their website just bare that in mind before ordering. Should clearly state under the photos colours and flowers may vary. I guess going for a seasonal bouquet still means you could receive anything from this florist. Also received no confirmation when I placed the order online just my receipt from PayPal.
