        I took a coat in to Nettas to have a zip replace, only worn the coat three times. They have completely ruined the coat, the stitches were not straight and they used different coloured thread which stood out . The zip was not sown in properly and missed the edges which would have frayed when worn. The coat is a black, grey and white checks pattern. They use black and blue cotton. I am absolutely livid.
