My family have been with Damira Bank Buildings for around 5 years now. Always been happy with level of service, friendliness of staff (both dental staff and receptionists) and overall experience.

Had excruciating toothache over BH and although no luck with phone messages or emailing dental practice the day before weekend, l had super fast treatment on Tuesday. Called in explaining the pain. Receptionist was so caring and understanding asked me exactly about pain and said if l could wait 30 minutes I could see my own dentist. Dr Maria Gatto. I did sit quietly with raging pain. Was examined and two X rays. Given prescription for antibiotics with explanation. Two days on pain much better. Hoping for full recovery soon

I am shielding with my husband who is Clinically extremely vulnerable. Understandably we were both anxious about visiting the practice. We were able to book in and pay via phone. It is difficult when other patients who are visiting the practice are not wearing masks but the Covid questionnaire before the visit was reassuring. The reception staff were very helpful about booking us in for the first appointment in the morning. We are very grateful for all the help from the staff and our brilliant dentist.

Helen is an excellent dentist; very friendly and efficient, without making you feel rushed. I have had to wait about 15 mins after my appointment time on my last 2 visits but I can't fault the treatment. There has been an issue with hygienist appointments being cancelled but I'm hoping that will be improving soon.
