we have had an ongoing issue with macfarlane packaging, we have on more than 5 occasions had to drive to a different town to collect our order from a business not listed as anything to do with us, I am told this is because they cannot get thier 7 tonnes truck up my road, this is baffling considering there is a 10 tonnes truck sat outside my building as I write this. and we regularly handle 40 ft containers. did not offer a solution was just told thats the deal and if we don't like it we are welcome to take our business elsewhere, avoid this business at all costs.
