The manageress is so rude. Unwelcoming and always seems to be an effort for her to serve us customers. Used to be a nice store til she took over unfortunately.

Over-priced, poor staff and bad produce! The bread I brought from here, despite being a week in date was mouldy.. if you can avoid this shop.

I was stood at the counter, no one in front of me and i didn't get served for about 10 minutes, the women behind the till purposely ignored me until another collegue came over and served me, too busy texting.. Diabolical service! And the Shop is untidy

I phoned four times because my elderly fathers newspaper was not delivered. The first three times I was told the problem would be passed on and dealt with. (To be fair, on the first two occasions, the shop was still a McColls.) Nothing happened. The fourth time I rang to cancel his account. I was cut off mid call and when I tried to ring back initially no-one answered. Appalling service! I strongly recommend that you do not use this shop for your newspaper deliveries. They were extremely unreliable.

Shockingly bad service. If any of these staff worked for me it would be there last day, more interested in doing anything rather than serve anybody. Won't waste my time here again
